Proper swimming attire is ALWAYS required in the swimming pools.

Not allowed to bring into the Clubs are: food, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). These are only allowed in the Villas.

Not allowed to bring into the Clubs are: firearms or pets.

PETS are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in Las Veraneras.

BARBECUES are not allowed.

Music must be kept to an acceptable volume level, out of consideration for other guests.

Towels must not be taken out of the Villas.

Guests that are staying to sleep and exceed the maximum capacity for a villa must pay an additional rate per adult or per children.

Please turn air conditioners off when leaving the Villas.

Please respect the internal maximum speed of 20 kms./hour.

Please obey the indications for vehicle circulation and street signs.

Any items belonging to the Villas that are lost or damaged will be billed to your account.

Lost keys and/or electronic cards have an additional cost of US$ 25.00

Please hand over the remote controls for TV and air conditioner at the Front Desk when paying your account.
